We will present you with a detailed proposal contract and drawings for your approval. This could take a few days to a few months depending on the scope of your project. For this service we charge a professional service fee. We will apply this fee towards the cost of the project when you schedule your project with us.
Production:
After signing a contract, we will prepare a schedule and place orders with our suppliers. We will also apply for building permits, where applicable.
Contracts:
We supply all major projects with a signed and dated contract. This will ensure that all involved will clearly understand their role in the project. Each contract offers you availability to all manufacturers’ warranties and a one year craftsmanship warranty.
Change Orders:
Deviations form the original contract are handled with a change order, which becomes an addendum to the contract. We will supply you with change order form as needed.
